You look like you're managing. Inside…maybe not so much.

You're the one people rely on - the one who copes, who holds it together, who somehow gets everyone else where they need to be. But your own cup's been running on empty for a while now, and you honestly can't remember the last time you topped it up. You've been telling yourself every day for…wait, how long has it been now?…you'll rest ‘once things calm down.’ (SPOILER: Ne-ver.)

A walk helps. An early night helps. You know that. And yet…here we are. Knowing what would help has never quite been the same as actually doing it - and nobody's ever really given you the space to work out why.

Deep in Your Cups is an honest, occasionally uncomfortable, practical look at what's actually filling you up, what's actually draining you dry, and what's sitting underneath both - what you believe about change, about rest, about letting anything go at all. You'll come away with real clarity, plus a first step towards doing something about it.

I feel very strongly about transparency, so I want you to know why I ask for your email address…

Deep in Your Cups is a genuinely gigantic smorgasbord of usefulness, and I don't want you to hesitate over downloading it just because there's an email box in the way. So - full transparency, here's exactly what you're signing up for.

As well as Deep in Your Cups, you'll get my weekly e-letter. New perspectives, actual tools, honest stories about navigating life's big unchosen changes - mine and other people's. Also, lots of lolz. Sometimes I mention ways we could work together. I'm not sorry about that. I love this work, I'm good at it, and I'm not going to pretend I don't want it for you too.

But it's not a sales funnel. There's no secret £9,000 programme waiting in email 7 (I don't even have a £9,000 programme - although I've just done the maths, and that would buy me 2,250 bars of Tony's Chocolonely Hazelnut Crunch bars, so maybe…🤔). It's more of a ‘build your beautiful life’ funnel, which pours out joy instead of money. (I mean, to be honest, money would probably be more useful - joy won’t support my Chicken Super Noodles addiction 🤷‍♀️). I show up weekly with something useful. You read it, or you don't (I'm not judging). Some weeks you, like many of my community members, will reply and tell me something, and I'll reply back, because that's what normal humans do…like, talk and stuff.
