Hi, I'm Mia.
Aid-worker-turned-coach-and-breath-nerd, currently (always?!) navigating my own share of life's unchosen changes.
I spent fifteen years working in humanitarian response before retraining as a coach and breathwork practitioner. I know what it costs to keep going when life is relentless - and I know what it's like when it finally catches up with you.
I know what it's like to be capable, competent and quietly falling apart. I know what it's like to be the person everyone else leans on, while privately wondering who you're supposed to lean on.
That's not theoretical for me. It's personal.
I'm a certified coach (ACC, ICF) and a certified Inspirational Breathing breathwork practitioner. But more than any of that - I take this work seriously because I've needed it myself. I bring warmth, honesty, and a very practical approach, with a firm belief that you don't need fixing. You just need support that actually fits your life.
There will be space for breath, truth, and the occasional dry laugh at how absurd life can be. Tea is often involved.
