I don’t give your staff information. I support them to make real, practical change and the strategies they experience and learn will stay with them for life. I work with you to make my support as effective and accessible as possible for your staff’s unique needs. And when you’re my client, you have my full attention - I’ll do whatever is needed to give your organisation an extraordinary experience.

As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, I can provide one-to-one executive and/or life coaching for individual staff members. This can be particularly helpful for staff members transitioning back to work, or into a new role, and for those who have experienced/are in the middle of a particularly stressful set of circumstances.

Balanced goes much deeper, transforming your staff’s mindset; supporting them to prioritise what’s truly important, and empowering them to set the boundaries they need to be truly effective.
