Retune is a structured six-week programme that does the thinking alongside you. We work out what's draining you, make small practical changes that fit your real life, and build enough steadiness that you can keep going without running yourself into the ground.

Right, but what actually IS Retune?
Imagine you've been carrying a heavy backpack for a long time.
You can't just put it down - too many things depend on you, and life doesn't pause because you're exhausted. But you can stop, adjust the straps, redistribute the weight, and take out a few things you've been carrying that were never yours to carry.
That's what Retune does. Not a reinvention. Not an overhaul. Just a structured, practical reset that makes your life feel more manageable - and helps you stop haemorrhaging energy on things that don't need to cost you as much as they do.
This isn't about pushing yourself harder or becoming a shinier version of yourself. Retune uses practical, evidence-based approaches to habit and behaviour change - designed to work in real life, especially when you're already stretched thin. I've used this approach with people in extremely demanding professions where stress is high, workload is relentless, and time is genuinely scarce. You won't be expected to do everything perfectly. You will be supported to make progress that actually sticks.

How it works
Six weekly one-to-one sessions, each one hour
Session 1 - Energy audit and retune plan
We look at where your time, energy and attention are actually going, what's draining you most, and what would genuinely help. We set realistic priorities and small, specific changes to focus on - nothing that requires superhuman willpower or a personality transplant.
Sessions 2-5 - Support and accountability
Each week we review what went well, what got in the way, and what's next. Real-life obstacles - guilt, busyness, habits, other people's expectations - get coaching, not a telling off. Gentle breathwork and regulation tools may be included where helpful.
Session 6 - Review and moving forward
We reflect on what's changed, what you've learned about yourself, and how to keep supporting yourself once the programme ends.
Between sessions, you'll have a simple tracker to notice what's working, and a mid-week check-in to help you stay connected to your intentions. No daily reporting, no constant messaging - just steady, sustainable support.

I bring warmth, honesty, and a very practical approach - with a firm belief that you don’t need fixing, just support that actually fits your life. I take the work seriously, but not myself. There will be space for breath, truth, and the occasional dry laugh at how absurd life can be.
Tea is often involved.

£600 - or 2 monthly payments of £300
Sessions are one hour each, held weekly over six weeks, online.
